Use a sharp knife to remove the top portion of your bulb of garlic.
Cut a square piece of foil, approximately 10" wide and 10" tall. Place your bulb of garlic in the center. Pull up the sides of the foil, creating a "bowl" by folding over the edges and crimping them.
Drizzle your olive oil on top of the bulb of garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bring in the edges of the foil, and twist to secure them at the top. This will create a little sealed foil pouch.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 375F for 3 minutes.
Add the foil wrapped garlic to the basket of your air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Open the foil packet and check the garlic. It should be soft and fragrant. Some parts should be lightly browned.
Remove the garlic bulb from the air fryer and cool slightly before peeling the cloves.
