Start by slicing your rolls in half widthwise. Then, form an aluminum foil rectangle that will fit your sandwiches. The edges should be 3-4 inches high.
Place the bottom half of your rolls into the aluminum foil, and layer in about half of the sliced deli ham.
Add the swiss cheese, overlapping if necessary.
Add in the remaining deli ham, and then the tops of your Hawaiian rolls. Set aside.
Combine your melted butter with the poppy seeds, dried minced onion, garlic powder, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and pinch of black pepper. Whisk well to combine.
Gently pour the sauce on top of your rolls, trying your best to do so as evenly as possible.
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F for 3 minutes, or according to your manufacturers instructions.
Gently place the rolls in their aluminum foil holder, into the basket of your air fryer.
Top with an additional sheet of foil, and tuck it in carefully.
Place the basket back into the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are nicely browned and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the air fryer, and cool for 2 minutes before serving.
Enjoy!
