Notes
Sugar free: Swap the sugar for your favorite granulated sugar that measures 1-to-1 with sugar. We like to use a Monk fruit blend, but whatever you like best works just fine! You may need to add a little extra to your taste. Why use hot water? Sugar dissolves best in hot water. Adding a small amount of hot water easily dissolves the sugar, while the cold water and ice bring the beverage to a good drinking temperature. With protein: We love blending it with some ice, vanilla extract, and a scoop of protein powder for a delicious frosted lemonade protein shake. It's so good!
