Notes
If you want to substitute the pre-made protein shake for another brand or a homemade swap, you will need 1 ¾-2 cups of chilled liquid.Meal prep/make ahead: Assembled pudding cups last 1-2 days in the refrigerator. If you prepare only the pudding, it will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator. Assemble before serving. *Banana or vanilla flavor? I recommend using a Fairlife banana protein shake paired with vanilla pudding mix, as we found in testing that the Fairlife banana flavor was better. If you prefer to use a vanilla protein shake, add a banana flavor by using a banana pudding mix instead of vanilla. Can I use sugar-free or fat-free pudding mix? Yes! This recipe works with both conventional and light options.Without Nilla wafers: These are not widely available outside of the US. If they’re not available, I recommend Made Good vanilla cookies for a great substitute that also happens to be gluten-free.Nutritional information is calculated using Fairlife Core Power and Jell-O sugar free vanilla pudding mix.
