Notes
Storage: These individual dips can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored for meal prep, although the liquid from the salsa will settle to the bottom. To prevent this, you can drain your salsa in a mesh strainer before measuring. With taco seasoning: We like the Greek yogurt layer plain most of the time, but it’s also delicious with 1-2 teaspoons of taco seasoning mixed in. Yum!With cottage cheese: Use an equal amount of cottage cheese to Greek yogurt and (if desired) blend it until smooth. For improved flavor, we recommend adding 1-2 teaspoons of taco seasoning. Without guacamole: Feel free to skip the guacamole! It’s for added flavor and fiber, but can be left off if you prefer.
