Prepare the vegetables

Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets and place them in a very large salad bowl.

Prepare the dressing

Combine sour cream, mayonaise, and sugar in a bowl, then add it to the broccoli and cauliflower

Fold in the dressing

Use a silicone spatula to fold the dressing into the broccoli and cauliflower until completely distributed.

Add in the cheese and bacon.

Top the salad with crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.

Stir it together
