Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 390ºF for at least 3 minutes, or according to your manufacturer's instructions.
  • Once the air fryer is preheated, add the french toast sticks in a single layer.
  • Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, for a total of 4-6 minutes. Flip the french toast sticks halfway through cooking time.
  • Serve and enjoy with maple syrup, whipped cream, powdered sugar, or fruit!

Types of French Toast Sticks: There are a variety of types of french toast sticks. This method works for all of them - those that are plain and come perforated together, and those that resemble a fried french toast stick and are singular.
Oven-style Models: If you're using a toaster oven-style air fryer, you may need to cook for 1-3 minutes longer.
