This copycat recipe for Red Lobster Brussels Sprouts features a delicious soy-ginger glaze, crispy onions, and tender roasted brussels sprouts. Make it in the oven OR air fryer - totally up to you!

Clean, trim, and slice your brussels sprouts in half.
Drizzle the brussels sprouts and season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread onto a lined baking tray and roast in the oven.
Add brown sugar, honey, soy sauce (or tamari), and ginger to a saucepan. Simmer until reduced by half.
Once the brussels are tender, but crispy on the edges, remove them from the oven.
Add the crispy brussels sprouts to a serving bowl, then top with the soy-ginger glaze and crispy fried onions. Serve and enjoy!
