Made with russet potatoes, butter, cream, and Boursin this take on the staple side dish is going to knock your socks off! Let’s get started!

Cook the potatoes

01 Peel and cube (or slice) the potatoes and boil until tender.

Drain

02 Drain the potatoes and add the butter to the pot.

Mash the potatoes

03 Mash the potatoes and butter together until smooth.

Add in the remaining ingredients

04 Heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Add the Boursin

05 Unwrap the Boursin cheese and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Stir until smooth

06 Break up the Gournay cheese and stir it in until creamy and smooth. Then serve and enjoy!
