Boursin Mashed Potatoes

Who needs regular ol' mashed potatoes when you have this fabulous Boursin mashed potatoes recipe!?  Made with russet potatoes, butter, cream, and Boursin this take on the staple side dish is going to knock your socks off!

Let’s get started!

Cook the potatoes

Peel and cube (or slice) the potatoes and boil until tender.

Drain

Drain the potatoes and add the butter to the pot.

Mash the potatoes

Mash the potatoes and butter together until smooth.

Add in the remaining ingredients

Heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Add the Boursin

Unwrap the Boursin cheese and add it to the mashed potatoes.

Stir until smooth

Break up the Gournay cheese and stir it in until creamy and smooth.  Then serve and enjoy!
