Add olive oil (or avocado oil) to a bowl, along with lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add salmon pieces to the bowl of seasoned oil, and stir to coat them completely in the mixture.
Add the seasoned salmon chunks to a preheated air fryer basket.
Cook the salmon pieces in the preheated air fryer for 9-12 minutes.
Serve your air fryer salmon bites with a creamy dill mayonnaise, or your favorite dipping sauce. They are also great with rice bowls and salads!
